Science is an inquiry-based course of study. Over four years, students will have learned foundations of earth science, biology, chemistry, and physics—as well as the relationships among them and connections to present day
discoveries. At all levels, students are invited to take the course for “Open Honors” credit. Students may self select to apply to receive honors. In addition, some students may be required to fulfill an honors curriculum. Students applying for honors must maintain a certain grade average, complete additional portfolio assignments, and fulfill additional requirements for exhibitions in order to be considered for the “honors” designation.
Science 1 focuses on engineering. Science 2 focuses on chemistry. Science 3 focuses on biology. Science 4 focuses on anatomy and physiology.
