Kimberly Conrad
Science Faculty
Kimberly Conrad is beginning her second year teaching Biology and Current Issues in Science at BAA. She received her B.S. in Biology from Purdue University and her M.A.T. in Secondary Science Education from Tufts University. Kimberly was also an intern at BAA during the 2007-2008 school year.
Prior to her time at BAA, Ms. Conrad spent two years working in college ministry in Boston. During this time she also helped to develop youth programs in a Dorchester neighborhood, an initiative that has grown to include an after-school tutoring and mentoring program. Along with her passion for grassroots community development, Ms. Conrad has a deep love for music. As a life-long musician, she has played both piano and trumpet and currently plays acoustic guitar. Kimberly is also an avid runner, and has completed seven half-marathons.
